We slowly reduce our Free Range Beef Stock with red wine, a dash of port and thyme. The result is a Red Wine Jus with a remarkable depth and concentration of flavour. Simply heat and pour around steak, roasts, lamb rack or any other red meat dish. No preservatives, no additives. It’s the perfect finishing sauce. It’s real food.

Ingredients:
Reduced free range beef stock (water, roasted free range beef bones, tomatoes, tomato paste, roasted onions and carrots, celery, bay leaves, peppercorns), red wine, corn starch, port, glucose syrup, salt, rosmarinic acid (natural antioxidant), thyme.

Provenance of beef bones: Exclusively grass-fed, free range cattle from the pastures of Victoria and Tasmania, with no supplementary food or chemicals used.
