All pork is hand selected using Mt. Mercer Australian outdoor bred pork. Beef and lamb are grass fed and hand selected from Victorian farmers. Chicken and turkey are free range from Victoria’s North East and Gippsland. Spices and herbs are sourced from local Victorian producers where possible and salt has been sourced from the Victorian salt regions. All sausages are low in salt and gluten free and fructose friendly.
